We hope you love your FORMA finds. If something isn’t right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Clothing: full refund to your original payment method or store credit — your choice.
• All other items: store credit, which never expires and can be used online or in-store.
• In-store purchases: clothing within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund or 14 days for store credit; all other items within 14 days for store credit or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. Customers pay return shipping. Online orders can also be returned at our Hermosa Beach store.
