Returns
We hope you love everything you find at FORMA! However, if something doesn't work out, we accept returns for eligible items.
- Online Orders: Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- In-Store Purchases: Can be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. (We do not offer refunds).
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Store credit does not expire and can be used at either of our locations or online.
Please note: All apothecary, beauty, undergarments, sale items, and seasonal merchandise are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
