Inspired by Gustav Klimt’s The Lady in Gold also known as Portrait of Adele Bloch-Bauer I this Artist Series quilled card reimagines the iconic painting completed between 1903–1907. Originally commissioned by Ferdinand Bloch-Bauer as one of two portraits of his wife Adele, the artwork later became famous for its complex WWII history, having been stolen by the Nazis and often dubbed the “Mona Lisa of Vienna.” Meticulously handcrafted over several hours, this card transforms Klimt’s shimmering, gold-rich textures into intricate paper quilling perfect to send as an elevated greeting or keep and frame as a collectible keepsake.

We hope you love everything you find at FORMA! However, if something doesn't work out, we accept returns for eligible items.

• Online Orders: Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• In-Store Purchases: Can be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. (We do not offer refunds).

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Store credit does not expire and can be used at either of our locations or online.
